Lippi Outdoor is a Chile-based maker of technical outdoor gear and apparel which has been around for nearly 25 years. Its founder, a mountain climber named Reinaldo Lippi, was inspired by his great passion for the mountains and began making his own clothing. In constant search for new technology, today, Lippi is licensed to make products using Gore-tex®, Polartec® and Primaloft®, a complete range for producing clothing specifically for outdoor use.
Lippi was responsible for introducing the Selk’bag, which is essentially a sleeping bag with arms, legs, and a hood. The Selk’bag allows you to move your legs and arms freely to stand, walk, cross them, or sleep, all while wearing the bag for warmth. Combining proprietary technologies, industry-best third-party technologies, and award-winning design, Lippi strives to bring fresh and technically advanced outdoor gear and apparel to the outdoor consumer.
